The AMEK Offshore Sp. z o.o. company deals with designing, manufacturing as well as rendering the mechanical working services. We deliver to our Customers parts, subassemblies and finished products made in accordance with our own documentation or with documentation supplied by Customers. Commercial activity of our company is carried on the offshore, onshore and marine markets. We offer to our Customers complex engineering solutions as well as full guarantee and post-guarantee servicing of our products. We can produce and deliver machinery meeting the highest technical and quality requirements.

The AMEK Offshore Sp. z o.o. company was established in 1994 as Wielobranzowa Spolka z o.o. AMEK and operated under that name till 2014. The company founder was Artur Składzień, now the President of the Managing Board, who, on the basis of his knowledge of the Scandinavian market requirements, started cooperation with companies from that area. Beginning a broad cooperation with the Norwegian company Seasafe Transport A/S from Oslo in manufacturing of container fittings was a starting point of building own production base on the present site of the company.

In order to maintain the market position of our company as well as to satisfy the expectations of our Customers and to be in a competitive position in the field of our business activity, at the beginning of 2014 we started the work aimed at implementation of the Quality Management System in accordance with the ISO 9001:2008 standard requirements. Implementation of that system required all the employees to be involved and also the necessary changes to be introduced in the organizational structures of the company. The effort was crowned in October 2014 with DNV GL certificate.
